Crystal Reports for .NET 2005 secuity issue with terminal services connection?

I have an in-house VB.NET 2.0 application that uses Crystal Reports for
..NET 2005 - CR10?). A few users access the program via a Wyse
dumb-terminal via Citrix. For some reason that I've not been able to
trace, these users are not able to view any of the reports. The same is
also true if I attempt to view the reports while running the program
over a Remote Desktop/Terminal Services connection.

The exception noted is "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
(0x8004005): The system cannot find the path specified."

However, if I access the program via a PC and Citrix then the reports
load and run as expected. So it appears to be a security issue related
to terminal sessions, but I don't know how to resolve the problem.

Has anyone else had a similar issue and/or know of a work around or fix
for this issue?

TIA

Hi, here at work we've got the same situation, only it's vb2003 and crystal
reports 9, but here it's working at both wyse and normal pc's. I asked my
collegue if he made some special settings for the wyse terminal users but
they are just added to the same group as the other citrix users. He
suggested to maybe upgrade the wyse firmware and install the last ica client
on the wyse terminals.

I hope this can help you

Greetz, Peter
