crystal report to excel

hi

as i was exporting my crystal report 8.0 to excel then i found out that my data which was over 255 characters was been truncated .
isit.. excel onli contain 255 characterin one cell
is there any way i can format the cell or at crystal report change the format b4 i expor

xl97+ allows up to 32k characters per cell.

xl95 allowed up to 255 characters per cell.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with excel accepting long values or CR truncating
before excel even gets it.

But in either case, maybe you could split your text into different fields and
combine them later in excel:

=a1&b1&c1&d1
is one way to concatenate a few cells in excel.
