Crystal database DLL 'crdb_fielddef.dll' could not be loaded

I imported a report created in a previous version of Visual Studio into a
Visual Studio 2005 project. I am getting an error message in the Main Report
Preview when I attempt to open it:

Crystal Report Viewer
Failed to load database information.
Details: The database DLL 'crdb_fielddef.dll' could not be opened.

In addition, I am unable to edit Parameter Fields.

Any suggestions on where to go from here?

The resolution for myself was to run regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin\Crqe.dll" from the command line.
