I am trying to instual the program update. I keep getting
a message saying "make sure the cryptographic service is
running." I can't seem to fine where you check to see if
it is running or how to start the service. Can you help
me?

Hi

Your Cryptographic Service is most likely running fine, renaming or deleting
the Catroot2 folder is most likely what you need to do to solve the problem.

The Catroot2 problem can be avoided in the future by installing Q817287.
