CRT Monitor Fades out and zooms in

Hello-
I just got my CRT Monitor out of a three month storage, and am trying
to get it to work. I'm pretty sure that it's not a software issue, as I
was trying to have two monitors set up. The other monitor works fine,
no matter which one I have plugged into which outlet. The bad monitor
also doesn't work with different power cables, etc.
The problem monitor is a ViewSonic A90f+.
Here's what it does: When I turn it on, it will start with a normal
picture, but then it will start to literally zoom in as it fades out.
This happens within about 2 seconds.
Here's a video of what it does:

I'm just wondering if this is something that can be fixed (cheaply) or
if i just need to throw this thing out. Thanks.

Sounds like its losing EHT. There is more than one component that could
cause this, but either way its not a diy at home simple repair. Its
either pay for repair or replace, with replace being more likely.
