Does Microsoft Crytpography modules meet the following requirements?

Crypto - FIPS 140-2 validated
Digital Signature - FIPS 186-2
Hash Algorithm 0 FIPS 180-1 certified (SHA-1)

Many of Microsoft's modules are FIPS 140-1 and FIPS 140-2 validated.
