Crosstab Query with 0's

Hello,

I have a crosstab query that list the "year" field as rows and the "species"
field as columns. The query counts the number of birds seen each year for
each species. As an example the output looks like:

CRLA SSSN SPSX
2005 1 2 1
2006 3
2007 5 1

I need to export this query so I can inport it into a statistical program
for analysis. What I want is to set the query up (using the query interface)
so when someone runs the query it will include "0" in the cell where no birds
were observed (in the example above it would be in the 2006 CRLA and SPSX
column and in the 2007 SPSX column).

Now that it is as clear as mud any suggestions.

Try including NZ in your formula like this --
NZ([YourValueField],0)
