Crosstab Query date problem

Hi,

We have to monitor our organisations training needs. Our staff regularly
needs to take courses in order to maintain their 'compliance'.

I'm trying to construct a crosstab query which will help monitor future
training needs. The table the information is coming from is call Training

Fields

Training Ref Primary Key
Course Number Foreign Key
Staff Number Foreign Key
Date Completed
Compliant Until

What I'm trying to do is put the Row Heading as Course Number and the Column
headings as the months of the year with a count of Compliant Until as the
value. It all works fine but the count includes every body whose compliance
will expire in that month regardless of the year their compliance will expire.

I only want the current Tax year to be displayed or better still the next
6-12 months regardless of what time of year it is as our compliance works on
a rolling program (like insurance).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Add another Date Completed column to your query grid and add a criteria that
meets your needs. Set the Totals to "Where".
