Cross swords icon in Outlook 2003

Hi,

Anyone know what the icon with 2 crossed swords mean, it appears where the
open or closed mail icon is.

I don't know about a crossed swords icon, but there is an icon with a red X
through it which means an email has been deleted without being read. For a

It indicates there's a conflict between two different versions/copies of the
item. Double-click on the item to open it and you'll see.

What do you sync to? Are you using Exchange?
