Cross Reference Tables and ID

Emilie

Assuming I created my cross reference tables correctly, I am using the
intermediary table as a lookup. When I do so, in the drop down menu I am
getting ID numbers versus the text. How do I switch it so the pull down menu
shows the text vs IDs? I think it has to do something with Bound Column and
Column Widths in the lookup menu tab? I hope this is enough information!

Thanks,

Set the Column Widths like this - o"; 1.5" or however much is needed to
view your text.

Yes it is. Create a 2-column query. Set the RowSource of the dropdown
to that query name. Set the columnwidths to "0;1". The bound column is
already set to 0 by default. Done.
