How do I crop a photo in the Windows XP version of the
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer? Or is there anotehr
program I can crop a photo in that comes standard in
Windows XP?

There is no cropping tool in Picture and Fax Viewer.
You can always open the photo in Paint (included with XP). Right click on
the photo. Click on Open with on the opening menu. Look at the opening list.
Paint will be there. Click on it. When the photo opens in Paint, click on
Help on the top bar, click on index, type in cropping. You will get the
directions on how to crop.

If you want fancier software to crop, look at the post by Noni, just below
your post.
