Recently I have been getting a message in a pop up message
called "Dial Up Networking" that says "windows cannot
access crl.verisign.com. Would you like to connect to the
network". Do I have to be concerned about this. It does
give me the option to click a box so that the message does
not come up again. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you want the popups to stop, you can connect to the 'net and let IE grab
a new CRL (Certificate Revocation List - if you're interested there are
links to follow from some of the articles).
