Critical Updates-cannot accept user agreement

When trying to install Critical Updates, I get the usual
window asking to accept the user agreement, but the
window is too small and I cannot get to the area to check
that I accept the user agreement.

I cannot enlarge the window enough to get to the area to
accept the user agreement.

Right click the Desktop, click Properties
Click Settings Tab, click Advanced button
Set dpi to 96 dpi
Or press Tab key.
