Critical Update KB828741

I have installed Critical update KB828741 at least 25
times and it still comes up as needing to be installed.
This is the only update that has done this. Does anyone
know how to make it install properly?

Hi,

Uninstall it (Control Panel/Add & Remove), then download the stand-alone
version and install that instead:
