critical security patch

Dear all,
I wonder if the MS critical security patch for
counteracting virus infection can be loaded onto the
server and deploy to all Windows Professional PCs through
the group policy 'assign' or 'publish' method?
If not, is there any other less tedious means of
installing the patch to every client machine?
