Critical Section Leak

I have the exact problem as explained on Microsoft KBA
329457 - a critical section leak - I have SP 1 installed,
how can I get a patch to fix this bug?

If your symptoms exactly match the symptoms listed in the
article, the way to get the fix is explained in the
Resolution section - call support and explain that you
want the hotfix for this issue. Don't talk about any
other issues, just this specific hotfix.

I've never had a problem getting a charge-back for a
hotfix following those steps.
