critical error message

I have Windows XP home edition. Ikeep getting a critical
error message: the technical information is as follows:
BCCode:9c BCP1:00000001 BCP2: 805366F0 BCP3:B2000000
BCP4:00000015 OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:1_0 Product 768_1

I have not installed any new hardware or software, could
someone please interpret this message?
