critical error message pop up

I've been experience crital error messages registry damaged and
corrupted
to fix problem open internet explorer and type
www.registrycleanerxp.com

other pop up ask me to go to: www.scanpcnow.com www.msreg.com
www.clear32.com

Are these places legitimate?? When I go to the site, of course I have
to purchase
a package....

Any suggestions?????? NEED HELP !!!!!!!
