criteria induced autocoloring

Hello Everyone,

Is it possible to write formula (macro?) to have a row
change color automatically once certain criteria are met?
For example, if there were ten "options" across a top row
and if five or more of those "options" were "checked", is
it possible to change that row to a specific color? If it
is possible, how would you do it?.
