You can find a creation date in the account object page. You would need to have
auditing of account management enabled to find out what user created the

Don't mean to sound stupid but how do I access the account
object page? Is there a way to read the creation date in
a script to see how old the account is?
In the Active Directory Users and Computers look at the user's account and
there is a tab there for an object page. You may need to select view
advanced for it to show in ADUC. There probably is a way to script it. I
don't know offhand. You may want to post in one of the scripting newsgroups
or visit the Microsoft scripting center. --- Steve
