Creating Yearly patterned Repeat Groups is useful

Yearly patterned repeat appointments are a useful feature for me as well. It
would be a great method to ensure longer turnover work is scheduled, like
Drivers license renewal, medical tetanus shots etc. Not all of these types of
activities are useful in a project plan, but are too important to allow to be
forgotten.

This type of feature would be great for encouraging long term commitment to
a product line, esp. if the upgrade path for the next office version is able
to import these appointments as well.

Hope to see this feature considered for a future release. I’m currently on
Office 2003.

there already is a yearly recurrence pattern, but if it doesn't meet your
needs, try 12 months or 365 days or 52 weeks.
