I am running into an issue that I am sure is pretty simple
to resolve, I am probably just overlooking something
stupid. Here is the situation, a bit simplified:
We have a front end OWA server on a say, 10.0.0.0
network. Inside, I want to create two sites. One,
containing the back end Exchange on 172.16.0.0 and another
site on a 192.168.0.0 network. The front end server is a
member of the domain. I created a site for 172.16.0.0 and
a site for 192.168.0.0 and put a domain controller in
each. Now my front end server on 10.0.0.0 is isolated and
not a member of a site. I could create a site for it, but
there is no domain controller to put in it, nor do I want
to put one in it as the front end server is in a DMZ.
So the basic question is how can you create sites in an
environment where you are deploying Exchange OWA in a
front end/back end configuration? Thanks.
