Creating separe Word documents based on another one

Hi, I'm not sure if there is a way to do that but I have nothing to
lose.
I have a big document in which I have an automatic Table of Contents. I
need to create a separate Word document for each and every line of the
Table of Contents.
Per example:

Table of Contents:

Item1 ....1
Item2.....5
Item3.....7

I want to create a word doc for Item1, one for Item2, and another for
Item3

Is there an automatic way of doing that with Word of should I do it
manually by copying every Item in a new Word Document?

Thanks for your help,

Kathy

There's no automatic way to do it. It would be easy enough to do it by
macro; but if you don't know any VBA manually is your only option.
