creating roaming profiles that work!!

Hi, I'm trying to create a roaming profile but seem to be having some
trouble. I copied the directory of the user's profile I want to use out of
"Documents and Settings" and copied it into the directory "C:\Documents and
Settings\user". Under the profile tab for that user in AD on the
server(computer name for the server is "test"), I've entered
"\\test\Documents and Settings\user". But that doesn't seem to load the right
profile when I log into that domain from an xp workstation. What am I missing
here?

Ok, I got the roaming profile working, after I had waited about 5 minutes and
tried again it loaded the right profile. Is there any way to change the time
it takes for the server to refresh those changes sooner? But my next problem
is that when I log that user off it says "cannot update roaming
profile....this user may not have sufficient rights", the user is a member of
the administrators and domain admins groups, so I would think it would have
enough rights to right the profile changes back to the server. Any
suggestions?
