How can you create a reoccuring appointments/Meetings using your own criteria (dates) for instance I have a meeting every Third Wed of the month for the year but out of those dates I need to make two of the meeting dates different... how can I do this without updating each reoccuring appointment

Hi T,

Make an appointment or meeting recurring

eting+recurring&Scope=TC%2cHP%2cHA%2cRC%2cFX%2cES%2cEP%2cDC%2cXT

Open the appointment or meeting that you want to make recurring.
On the Actions menu, click Recurrence.
Click the frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) with which you want
the appointment to recur, and then select options for the frequency.
Do one of the following:
For an appointment

Click OK, and then click Save and Close.
For a meeting

Click OK, and then click Send Update.
------------------------
Begin in the Calendar view in Outlook. Click on the new item icon: Since
you are in the Calendar view, it will open a new appointment dialog box.

You will be prompted to fill out the various fields of the dialogue box.
Once you fill in the subject, location, start and end time, and "Show time
as:"(indicating whether you are in your office or out of the office), click
on the Recurrence button. This will open a new dialog box. This is where
you enter the settings to make the appointment (class) appear on your
calendar.
Fill in the recurrence pattern and the range of the occurrence. This show
how to set up a recurring appointment for a class that meets on Tuesday and
Thursday from 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. in the Spring 2003 semester. Once the
Appointment Recurrence dialog box is completed, click on OK. Then click on
OK in the Appointment dialog box. This will put the appointment on your
calendar on all the dates set in the Appointment Recurrence dialog box.

Please let me know has this helped You...
Thank you...
Raghu...

Thanks for this but my question is what if it doesnt fall within the frequency dates... like I want to select the first day of the month in June and the 6th day of the month in July..... how can I set reoccuring dates outside of the usual frequency(daily, weekly, monthly) dates.
