In the database window, under queries, click the "NEW" to
start a new query. Then select "Find Duplicates Query
Wizard". In my experience, the query will only find
exact duplicates, so if there are any differences between
records they won't show up. I have run the query on
individual fields as opposed to entire records to catch
as many as possible.
