Creating Picture Path when Inserting Photo

I have a DB with 1 table that has a TeacherID and TeacherPic field. For each
teacher, I have a Linked .BMP in the same folder as my DB.
When I insert a picture for the Teacher, is there a way to get the PATH of
the linked pic to display in another field in the same table instead of
typing it myself? If so, that would solve my other problem of displaying the
photo path on a FORM.

Forgot to mention that I am not focusing on using the VB option found on
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/285820/en-us. The reason being
that I am using Access 2002/XP, am using BMP's and have a small issue
concerning Continous Forms.
