Creating new directory and copying folder using Command Toolbox

I want use command toolbox for Ms Excel that can create new directory
in a specific location. Then, I want to copy a new folder to that new
directory.
Anyone can help me?

Do you mean that you want to use a control from the toolbox to trip
some code to create a folder?
