Creating Multivalued Fields Not Available

We need help. The options to create a multivalued field do not appear any
longer in Access. Access is working in an Enterprise situation so we are
thinking that a group policy stripped that feature out. Has anyone heard of
multivalued fields being prohibited before and if so, does someone know what
we can tell our admin to look for so that we can get it turned back on?

Multivalued fields only exist in Access 2007, and only if using the new
ACCDB file format.

If you're not using Access 2007, or if you're using the older MDB file
format, there is no way to create multivalued fields.

In any case, most of us don't recommend using them in the first place.

Thank you for the information. That did work on my computer. However,
people are insisting that Access 2003 in the mdb file format was able to
create multivalued fields. Does anyone know if this is true?

It is not true, they are wrong, and Douglas is correct.
