I recently created an MS DOS startup diskette and tested
it. My PC booted up in ms dos mode. However, I noticed
that it did not contain any CD Drivers like the Windows
98 version did. Is there a way to create a startup disk
with Windows XP that will include Dc drivers.

Thanks,
Madison

The one created by XP is a very basic command.com to allow you to add a
specific program or two (say a BIOS update) that has to be run from DOS>

For more comprehensive use, the Win98 one is about the best bet going.
Bear in mind that it will not be able to access an NTFS hard disk

Where does XP create one?

My Computer - r-click the drive, Format, check the box for MSDOS Startup
disk

Thanks. At the command prompt I had typed "help format" and I found the /s
option to no longer be available.
