Creating Merge Fields on an Angle in Microsoft Word

Is it possible to create merge fields that are on an angle with other
text--say 30 degrees?

I am familiar with creating regular merge fields in a document. But
is it possible to put that text (and those fields) at an angle and
execute a merge?

You can have a field that inserts a picture of some text, and rotate the
picture.
