I am using Access 2007 for the first time for creating labels ... have used
other versions of Access in the past.

Create -> Labels -> 5160 (product number) Next -> Arial 10 Light Black Next
-> add three lines of Name, Address, CityStZip Next -> no sort Next -> See
labels Finish ... leads to an error msg: "Some data may not be displayed.
There is not enough horizontal space on the page for the number of columns
....."

It appears the Access Template for the 5160 is bad. Not sure how to fix
this.

It's possible that your printer has margins that are too large for the
template.

Avery 5160 Label

I'm curious. Is anyone able to create a label using the 5160 template?

I tried to do a mail merge with M/S Office Word, and the format that comes
up for the 8160 label does not match the label itself.
On another computer, with an earlier version of Office, it works fine....but
not on the Office 2007 on a Vista Operating System.
I suspect the format of the 5160 label is not correct and picking up some
other label format. If you find a fix to this, let me know

I get the exact same problem. Another MS access bug.

1. Access dbase file from older version.
2. All 5160 already made reports, no longer allow margins less than .506
3. Any new 5160 labels created, also don't allow for margins less than .506

This issue is not related to any "minimum margin" setting on my printer, as
I can print close to .20 in word.

Great job Access.......
