Creating .ISO with C#

Hey guys any info on this would be great im a total noob when it comes
to compression.
What i need to do is take a bunch of files, either from the HDD or
another source and create a .ISO. I would prefer to have it a Windows
Application as opposed to a Console Application but baggers can't be
choosers
