Creating Global Macros

Put the code in your Personal.XLS workbook. If you are using the macro
recorder, drop open the "save in" box and choose "Personal.XLS" from the
list. Then your code will be available for any workbook open. Even if you
don't already have a Personal.XLS, using the macro recorder is a great and
fast way to create one.

How can I create a marco to be available in all workbooks?
 
Save a macro in your personal.xls workbook. This workbook is (usually)
loaded and hidden when you start XL.
 
Thanx for you quick response. I tried your suggestion and it worked like
a charm (or should I say macro). It's wonderful.
