creating folders outlook 2003

Why am I getting an error message saying "outlook unable to create folder"

You first. State EXACTLY what you're doing when you get this message. State
what type of account you're using and what type of data store.

I hope this helps. I'm not sure what you mean by account and data store.

The folders were created new in this version. And yes I am on a server. I currently have about 200 or so folders. Is that a lot?
