creating false e-mail address in Windows Mail newsgroups

How may I create a false e-mail address when posting to Windows Mail
newsgroups?

'Tools|Accounts|News|Properties', change the email address on the General
tab to something bogus ([email protected] or the like).

The Microsoft Communities server is a little slow at making new messages
available for display, but it seldom helps to create new threads to discuss
the same problem.
