creating dialog boxes

Hi,

I have previously created a dialog box that activates
when I click on a specific cell - and now I can't repeat
the process.

This dialog box is NOT the same as the COMMENT box that
can be added and then viewed by passing the cursor over
the cell.

The dialog box I previously created cannot be edited, so
copy-and-paste won't help me either.

It's probably an Input Message -- select the cell and choose
Data>Validation.

Select the Input Message tab and you'll see the message.
