Creating Custom MMC

Is this possible? I have an OU with 5 sub OU's containing Users and
Contacts. I need to create a password reset mmc for these users, however,
I need the users as a long list i.e. So that they don't have to navigate
through the different OU's to find a particular user. Can I do this?
Maybe an LDAP query?

yeah its easy i did the same last week all you do is
right click the user container in AD and select "New
Taskpad View" and then follow the wizard!
