Creating contact groups

I am trying to create a group to be able to email to a large (n=58) set of
people. I cannot seem to follow the help directs under group contacts.

Do I have to copy in each email address individually? I have an excel file
with all email addresses and want to be able to copy them into a contact. Is
there an easy way to do this?

You can't just import multiple email addresses into a group.
If you have Excel or a compatible spreadsheet program, then you should be
able to save the Excel file as a .CSV file, and import the addresses into
individual contacts.
Then you can create a group, and then add the individual contacts to that
group.
 
Thanks for the help. It worked - a little bit of a hassle to copy and paste
each one into the group, but at least I could import them all.
