Creating Calendar with information

Hello

In access, we capture all projects that have been
undertaken (and will be undertaken) along with certain
information i.e. resource, project start date, project
end date etc. Is there a way to create a calendar view
with this information? This is required to be displayed
on the web so that other people can see my departments
availability.

The reason i cannot use Microsoft Project, is because we
have a macro in Access that generates certain reports at
the end of the month and presented to higher management
(I dont think Microsoft Project can do this)
