Creating Calculations based on Cross tab values

Hello,

I am having some trouble. I have created a crosstab query that displays the
numbe of samples by Age (Row) and Classification (column). No problems, all
is great.

Here is the problem:

I want to be able to use specific values from the crosstab result set to
perform additional calculations, displaying these calculations in a report,
in a grid. Can any one suggest a best practise for this?
