Creating Backup Files

Trying to do backup file and it ways not enough room on disc to create.I have
read previouse post and dont know what you mean by 3rd party. I am not
knowing if it means there is not enough room on hard drive or the disc I am
trying to backup on. It states theis when it is creating the shadow copy. How
much room are you suppose to have> It did the backup system disc just fine.
It just wont do the backup of my personal files.

"by 3rd party." is meant a different that your OS (Operating System) offers.
You have some backing up facilities in Windows Vista, such us
Window Backup or MS Windows Live OneCare. Then a 3rd party backup
application would be and ( not MS ) one such as Norton Ghost or others..

If you used Vista propriety / own Backing up application the it should
tell
you what space you have available and what space you need for your backup.
