Creating an Outlook Folder

Hi

How do I create a similar 'level' folder (i.e. of a similar 'level' to the
Mailbox - (name of Outlook username) folder located under / within the All
Mail Folders section of Outlook (left hand side of the Outlook Mail Window)

Click File/New, and add a data file (or store).
