Creating an auto text

How do you create an auto text that will automatically insert, in either word
or outlook, just by typing a code, for example: mp. One of the people in our
office wants to insert his signature block everytime he types just a few
letters and I can't figure out how to do it.

This is possible in Word but the AT must be defined by four or more
unique characters to fire the AutoTip. I don't know if such a feature
exists in OUTLOOK or not.

However, and excellent application for this sort of thing is

Go to Tools and then go to Auto Correct. There is a tab for Auto Text.
 
Thanks. I won't allow you do to it as auto text. What is autotip and how do I
get it to work? thanks again
