Creating an Access Report with Query

I received help a day or two ago. I'm still working on the same gas
consumption database I needed help before. Here's the confusion I'm facing
now:

When I closed the Query and returned to the Report design, Access displayed
“You tried to execute a query that does not include the specified expression
‘ID’ as part of an aggregate function or grouping.

‘ID’ is the Access assigned record number. In the Query design grid, I had
set its criteria to >1 to make sure the Query didn’t include the first record.

Here is the first column of the design grid.

Field ID
Table 96 Voyager-2
Sort
Show checked
Criteria >1
Or:

Apparently, I’m again missing something! Adding that criteria for ID seemed
to make sure no data from record #1 was included in the report, but this
message has introduced a bunch of confusion. Any ideas will be quite welcome!

I tried that. The results:
1. The same message appeared when I returned to the Report Design.
2. The 'ID' entry in the Query design grid had disappeared.
Thanks
