creating a table using queries?

Sure. Create a "Make Table" query. After choosing to create a new query
and getting to the query builder window, click on the drop-down "type"
button and select "Make Table Query" The help files can assist you with
this.

Yes, with a MakeTable query - but this should generally be a one-time
operation, not something that gets done routinely. What are you trying to
accomplish, and why?
