Creating a Stationary Style in Outlook by Using Publisher

I would like to create a personal email page using a stationary style.
However I would 1st like to create the personal email page using Publisher
2002 prior to creating an Outlook stationary style.

Outlook's stationery is HTML, so if you save your Publisher doc as HTML you
should be able to use it in Outlook as stationery. See
