Creating a signature

I want to create a signature and then have it go into signatures under
"Insert", "AutoText", "Signature" and also when I start typing it into my
document I would like it to complete my signature or remember it. Thanks.
 
The first step to this is to create the signature in the Signature paragraph
style. That will assure that the AutoText entry you create will appear on
the Signature AutoText menu.
