Creating a report

Why can't i create a report ?

When I press 'Create report in design view' nothing happens.

When I press the wizard I can do the wizard as usual, but the ends with 'The
wizard is unable to create your report'.

I expect you don't have a properly defined default printer in the Windows
Control Panel. Try change your default or update your printer drivers.
 
What happens if you change your default printer to "Microsoft Office Document
Image Writer"?

Have you tried other printers? You don't have to have the printer connected.
 
Get a new printer or update the drivers for your current printer. You might
want to search the manufacturer's web site for the latest drivers.
