Creating a query column to calculate End Time & Properly format

I have a "Time" field for start times of soccer matches. I want to create a
query/SQL column that will calculate the end time by adding 90 minutes.

I attempted to achieve this with the DateAdd function, but i have not been
sucessful. Also, how to i properly format the result (med time)?
